Large one-and-one-half-and two-story Tudoresque bungalow, brick-veneered on the first story. Two-story portion at rear end; lower front portion has broad gable front and engaged gable-front porch on slightly tapered posts and brick plinths across central entrance and across east bay. All gables covered with applied half timbering. A. Derwin Cooper, M.D., built the house in the early 1930s.
