An eclectic combination of architectural details distinguishes this two-story triple-pile house. These details include tall chimneys with decorative caps, second-story polygonal bays, a rretal roof in emulation of terra cotta tile, and a deep denticulated cornice in the eaves. The house was constructed in the early 1920s for Robert M. Gantt, an attorney.
