Dr. Forrest D. McCrea House. Substantial 2-story side-gable brick Tudor Revival style house with a large front gable wing of random-laid stone and a smaller attached brick gable wing. Other features are a large paneled interior chimney, large metal casement windows, and inverted wooden window lintels. The main entrance is in the side of the stone wing. Forrest D. McCrea, physician at Duke Hospital, was the owner/occupant in 1940.
