Rare example of Gothic Revival Cottage in East Durham, featuring 3 gabled wall dormers in the front of the 1 1/2 story side-gable house. Original finish includes 2-over-2 sash windows, a door with 1 sidelight, and a hipped porch. Alterations include aluminum siding and replacement metal porch posts. 1930-1935 CDs: Lascar Ferrell occupant (farmer).
