My wife, Janice Jones, and I bought this house in the summer of 2000 from Ed Boer. We've done quite a lot of work, bringing it back from its use as 5 apartments to a single-family home... and our family has grown to include two 2-legged pets (children) as well as the co-hort of 3 dogs.
We love the house, the neighborhood, and the history. Thanks to Gary and Open Durham for creating this space where people can comment and cross-reference a tremendous amount of information.
