This one-story, side-gabled bungalow is three bays wide and double-pile. The house has a brick pierand-
curtain-wall foundation, vinyl siding and windows, and two interior brick chimneys. The engaged, shedroofed
porch is supported by grouped wood posts on painted brick piers. It retains exposed purlins in the
gable ends. The earliest known occupant is Sidney Verbal (barber) in 1930.
