Per the Durham County Library:

House of Leonidas & Lucy Bacon James. Built 1907-8. House was at 1802 Chapel Hill Rd. Leonidas James was president of James Lumber Co. (1902). His office was in the Wright Building on W. Main St. The lumber mill was in the Redwood Community.
