1 1/2-story side-gable bungalow with a front shed dormer window with Queen Anne-style window, 12-over-1 sash windows, and an engaged Craftsman porch. Aluminum siding. This is one of the first bungalows built in East Durham. {Roberts, Durham A & HI, 93, 1913 SM] 1930 CD: Allie P. Arnold occupant (cabinetmaker).
