Brick Period Cottage with side gable roof features a front gabled entrance wing with a front chimney and a tiny diamond-paned window. The front door has pilasters and a classical pediment. Windows are 8-over-8 sash. This is said to have been the manse for Blacknall Presbyterian Church for some years.

Not on the 1950 Sanborn map. 1955 resident: Rev. Hugh M. Jefferson.
