Duplex. Side-gabled, 1-story Period Cottage duplex, with 6/6 sash, 2 front doors, and a partially recessed front-gabled porch. Vinyl covers walls and trim. The cast-iron porch posts are probably replacements. The 1937 Sanbom Map shows the house as a duplex. Jolm W. Atwater was the owner/occupant in 1939. [1937 SM, 1939 CD]
