House. 1-story side-gable bungalow with decorative Craftsman sash windows and a 2-bay gabled, partially recessed Craftsman porch. The metal railing is probably replacement. Vinyl covers the walls and eave brackets. 1930 CD, 1937 SM. 
 
NC Garage. Ca. 1940. Front-gabled garage with artificial siding and a metal carport added to the front.
