1-story gable-and-wing type house with 2-over-2 sash windows and peaked lintels with decorative sawnwork. Alterations include asbestos siding and Craftsman post replacement on the full porch. 1913 SM. 1930-1940 CDs: Isaac B. Fonville owner/occupant (cooper).

NC Shed. Ca. 1950s. Concrete block shed with shed roof and exposed rafter tails.
