One and 1/2 story side-gable bungalow with a large front gabled dormer, 3-over-1 sash windows, and a front-gable Craftsman porch with original railing. Vinyl siding. Building contractor Thomas W. Wilkinson built this house for himself in the early 1930s. [Roberts, Durham A&HI, 97]

Garage. 1950s. Open-bay garage with wood and metal posts. 

Thomas Wray Wilkinson built many homes in East Durham. This house may have been used as a spec home for his building company.
