Charles Warren House. Intact 1-story hip-roof brick bungalow with 4-over-1 sash windows, a hipped dormer window, and an engaged Craftsman porch with brick balustrade and ramped coping. 1930-1940 CDs: Chas. A. Warren owner/occupant (police sergeant). 1937 SM.
Charles Warren and his wife Minnie lived here from 1930-1945. Charles was a Sargeant at the Durham Police Department.
Their home was bought by JS Workman in 1946.
