One-story hip-roof bungalow with front and side gabled wings, decorative Craftsman sash windows, eave brackets, exposed rafter tails, and a 2-bay Craftsman porch. Asbestos siding.1930 CD, 1937 SM. 

Cleveland H. Crocker and his wife Julia were the first known residents. By 1930, Frederick Poeble had moved in, followed by John and Sally Darlington in 1933 and William A. Spencer in 1934.
