From the National Register nomination:
Fidelity Bank cashier L. D. Kirkland built this foursquare in the late 1910s. Its principal stylistic features include the tall and narrow windows with latticed muntins in the upper sashes, which appear on the main facade and at the landing of the tall double- run staircase dominating the large reception hall. Paneled box posts on weatherboarded plinths support the full-facade porch.
