An attractive Victorian cottage with dual gables, scalloped shingles in the gable fronts, a front bay, and minimal drop pendants. Craftsman posts may have been a later addition, as one would expect a house with the other features this house has to have turned posts, and potentially some at-least-minimal bracketing / gingerbread.

Romulus F Pendergrass lived here in 1919; James W Pendergrass lived next door at 712. Both are listed as "Foreman" in the 1919 CD.
