In the 1920s, contractor T.H. Lawrence built this shingled Foursquare for his own home. Two interior chimneys are balanced on the hip roof and attic dormer contains leaded glass. Shaped rafter ends appear in the wide eaves. A full-facade porch is topped with a shingled one-bay balcony; shingled box posts and railing further detail the porch.
