Cyril Davis House – c. 1925
This one-story, front-gabled bungalow is three-bays wide and triple pile. The full-width, hip-roofed front porch has a wide gable to the right and is supported by aluminum-covered tapered wood posts on brick piers with a replacement railing. The house has been covered with vinyl siding and has replacement windows throughout. The front door is a fifteen-light French door. The earliest known occupant is Cyril Davis (shipping clerk) in 1925; from at least 1930-1940 the house was operated as a duplex, though it appears to be single-family once again.
Garage, c. 1925 – One-story, front-gabled, frame garage with wood weatherboards, a metal roof, and wide opening at the front.
