From the 2003 National Register listing:
One-story side-gable Craftsman-style house with boxed eaves, an interior chimney, plain weatherboard, and four-over-one sash windows. Other features are a gabled entrance porch with boxed posts, prominently molded returns in the gable, a brick terrace, and an original side carport with replacement posts. Henry H. Mills, foreman at American Suppliers Inc., was owner-occupant from 1930 to at least 1946.
