Side-gabled one-and-one-half-story Cape Cod-style house with a gable end chimney, two front gabled dormers, and a rear shed dormer. The asbestos wall shingles may be original. Other features are six-over-six sash windows and a hipped porch with paired and tripled slender wood posts. Leon D. Hill, occupant in 1940. Paul B. Bolton, manager of meat department, A & P Stores, owner-occupant from 1946 to at least 1950.
