2004 National Register entry:

One-story tri-gable type house with Geman siding and a hipped porch with original turned posts, sawnwork brackets, and a replacement railing. The sashes appear to be 4-over-4. The house is very intact but in poor condition and has a very overgrown yard. Mrs. C. A. Hobgood, occupant in 1925 CD.
