And right across the street from Medical Arts Buidling, one floor of this building belonged to my Mom's choice of family dentist, Dr. Griffen. Can't recall his first name, but remember his wife also being the hygenist. Best thing about this location as I remember was the ice cream parlor, also right across the street.

This building was the offices of Dr Bobby Sugg, on the top floor. The three windows on the front top was the waiting room and the three windows down the top left side were offices where the work was performed. Dr Sugg was the best dentist in Durham. He sold his practice to Dr Service on Duke St, another great dentist.
