This late 1920s two-story brick-veneered duplex is distinguished by a hip roof with central dormer, wide eaves with exposed rafter ends, nine-over-one windows, stepped single-shouldered chimneys, and gabled porch roofs. Porch supports are tapered box posts on brick plinths.
