Built in the 1920s for Holland Holton, professor at Trinity College. The shingled Type A bungalow exhibits a large gabled dormer, an exterior end chimney which pierces the eaves, a shallow one-story wing on the south side, and a wraparound porch held by tapered box posts on brick plinths.
