One-story brick Tudor Cottage with front-gable roof, exterior side chimney, two side cross-gables, and a corner recessed porch. All gables are stuccoed, and the front gable has an arched wood louvered vent. The porch has a replacement metal post and windows have replacement vinyl sash. Samuel J. Algranti, foreman at American Tobacco Co., occupant in 1935.
