Brick two-story, L-shaped house constructed for Mrs. Rosa Silver, widow of grocer Herman Silver, between 1930 and 1935. Identifying details of a blind arch containing two windows in the projecting gabled wing, decorative brickwork at the roofline, and terra cotta tile roof contribute to the overall design, reminiscent of vernacular Italian Renaissance country pallazzos.
