1018 Burch Ave. - Walker-Malone Duplex

From the National Register of Historic Places, Burch Avenue Historic District:

"This one-story, side-gabled house is four-bays wide and triple pile with a full-width, gabled rear ell. The gabled front porch is supported by replacement wood posts with a replacement railing. The house is covered with vinyl siding, but original molded wood weatherboards are visible beneath the vinyl in the front gable. Windows are a combination of original six-over-six wood windows and one-over-one and six-over-one replacement windows. The building does not appear on the 1937 Sanborn. Mary T. Walker and William Malone were listed at this address in 1940."
