Two-and-one-half-story slate- covered gambrel-roofed Dutch Colonial Revival style frame house constructed 1918 for Edwin Pusey, Superintendent of Durham City Schools. Slate-covered pent roof delineates first story and shelters trabeated main entrance which is flanked by double-hung sash sidelights.
