I lived here with my grandparents from 1956 to 1965. That fence was the Fuller School playground. We had a few softballs thru our windows.
We had two apartments upstairs and usually rented by a barber college student or a Durham Bulls player. It was great riding to ball games with the players.
The last one living here was Jim Toddhunter. He advanced to the majors from the Durham Bulls. He took me to every Bulls home game and made sure
I got all the broken bats and cut balls.
Good times!
