In 1922, George H. Ikner, a carpenter, lived at 110 East Trinity.

(Below in italics is from the 1985 North Durham National Register listing; not verified for accuracy by this author.)

One story frame Carpenter Gothic cottage with German siding. L-shaped with later additions on the south end. Especially notable for sawn wood gingerbread trim on gables and wraparound porch. Currently under restoration by owner.

And now (2011) currently in desperate need of a current renovation. Not sure what happened between 'renovation' and 30 years later, but it's in an increasing state of disrepair.
