One-story, two-room-deep house with high hipped roof, a design popular across the state at the turn-of-the-century. The roof carries a small gable. A full-facade porch carried by Tuscan columns shelters the entrance and follows the lines of the house. Originally located at a corner of N. Duke St. and W. Markham Ave. and moved to this location in the mid-1920s.
