Susie E. Morris House. Pyramidal cottage with weatherboards, boxed eaves, a glazed and paneled door, and a hipped porch with boxed classical posts. Windows have replacement 111 sash. Susie E. Morris, widow of R. C. Morris, lived here in the 1920s. [1921, 1930 CD]

In 2003, the house was rather massively altered at the rear and throughout the interior. "Modernized."
