(Below in italics is from the 2003 Lakewood Park National Register listing; not verified for accuracy by this author.)

House. One-story side-gable house, 4 bays wide, with a :front-gabled porch. The house has undergone considerable alteration. The original windows appear to be replaced with single and double windows of a different shape, and the classical porch columns do not appear original. Vinyl siding and trim. In 1925 the house was vacant; in1930 Malcolm R. Noah was the occupant. [1925, 1930 CD]
