2-story hip roof brick Colonial Revival-style house with an exterior end chimney, wide modillioned eaves, and a door with a fanlight and sidelights and a 1-bay barrel-vaulted porch with columns and an open pediment. On each side is a 2-story wing. The brick has been painted. William H. Ruffin, clerk at Erwin Cotton Mills, was the occupant in 1930.
