This one and a half story, side-gabled Minimal traditional-style house is typical of post -World War II construction, though was altered with the addition of a porch and rear two-story ell, constructed after 1950. The house appears on the 1937 Sanborn map as a one-story house without a front porch and the earliest known occupants are Fred and Daisy Adams in 1945.
