I love this house. I have been in it before and it is actually in remarkably good condition. It definitely needs some work inside but just because of age. It is huge once you get inside. There have been some renovations that appear to be from the 60s/70s, but it is a really neat home inside. You cant really appreciate how large this home is until you get inside....it is huge!!!! I have met the owner several times and during our last conversation about it home, he stated he would sell it if the right buyer came along. I don't know why, but for some reason it sticks in my head that this home was built in the 1920s for a dentist. Don't hold me to that, because I'm not sure why that sticks in my head. This is probably one of my most favorite old homes in Durham
