(Below in italics is from the 2004 East Durham National Register listing; not verified for accuracy by this author.)

1-story tri-gable house with unusual detailing, including sawtooth shingled gables, and an entrance bay with a front door flanked by decorative Queen Anne-style windows. The door and windows have dentilled lintels. Weatherboard siding. The entrance opens to a center room with a corner fireplace. The house stands at the northeast corner of Driver and Main streets on the 1913 Sanborn Map. It was moved to this lot from the lot just west on the corner of N. Driver St. sometime after 1937. Since that time it served as apartments. Due to a recent fire, it is now condemned. (Roberts, Durham A&HI]
