Duplex. Side-gabled, 1-story Period Cottage duplex with exterior end chimney, German siding, 6/1 sash windows, and an entrance with a bracketed hood and center cross gable. A recessed side porch is now enclosed as a sunroom. The 1937 Sanborn map shows the house as a duplex. Aubrey C. Todd was the owner/occupant in 1939. [1937 SM, 1939 CD]
