My family lived here in the early 60's. I've always remembered the home as brick construction but everything else is as I remember it. The home was to the left of Bowen's Garage when you faced the house and we had a double lot that went all the way back to the next street. My parents always planted a big garden in the back lot. I have nothing but wonderful memories of living there. Durham was a wonderful town to grow up in and we had good neighbors on Hillsboro Rd.
