I lived in this house from 1955 until the late 60's with my Mom, Virginia Nichols, Stepfather, Jack Nichols, and Grandmother, Pearl Guill. The house was sold and renovated in the late 2000's after their passing. The pine paneling wood came from old original growth pines from the Nichols Farm off 98 highway in the area of the now Grove Park subdivision. Many memories of that house.

Did one of the eventual tenants of this house own a party supply company or some such? I remember driving by as a kid and always seeing some sort of party truck parked on that block around where that house would be. To be honest, I was always infatuated with the house across the street, with its lush yard and outdoor patio.
