Companion to 303-305 N. Gregson St., this early 1930s building also is eclectically embellished. A pent copper "tile" roof covers the cornice held by paired brackets; it is also topped by shaped crenelles. A full-facade porch is held by chamfered box posts with brackets that draw the eye to applied sawn detail at the frieze.
