Yes, I can remember going there in the 80s. It was an Authorized Service Center for many brands of appliances. I had several items serviced under warranty there.

Didn't that use to be one of those places where various applicances under warranty could be taken. Seems I remember going there a couple of times for repair and parts.

Have been curious about this spot. Looks like a place called "Glass Space" used to (still does?) occupy the building. Would make a neat residential or commercial spot in the right hands.

It was for sale by my former office about 10 yrs ago. A leaky roof had led to severe interior damage. There is a basement in this building and many of the floor joists were damaged. I did see someone working on it shortly after I saw it. It needed lots of attention. Seth Roberts

Evidence of 'Mann's Market' can still be seen in what looks like old neon sign wiring on the side. And is that the word 'SPACE' written backwards in the window?

I thought someone was living in it. I used to go past there quite often and used to see a guy coming in and out. I assumed he was living there because I never saw any evidence of toolsl

I admire this little building every time I drive by it, which is about once a week. In the last 2 weeks I noticed a couple of men coming in and out, so maybe it's being fixed up? They had a pickup truck with various tools and ladders. I love that little window, hope it stays :)

I drive past this building every morning, and it looks like there's some renovation going on here. Blake, can you confirm? I'd love to see a new restaurant / beer garden in this space!
