1-story tri-gable house with a full hipped porch. The main block and the porch have omate eave brackets. Alterations include plywood siding, replacement sash windows, and replacement porch posts and railing. The style of the house dates from the early 20th centmy, but a house did not appear on tllis property until about 1930.
