This house was bought by an LLC ("Bull City Renovations") in 2007 for $40K - they commenced with a fairly unfortunate (from the exterior) renovation, removing the original front porch posts and detailing (hard to see in the tax photo, but there was fine sawtooth moulding all along the porch surround,) as well as the original windows - with some fake-muntined fun. Having removed these items, which add value to a historic house, they tried marketing it for some crazy price back in ~2008. ($175K? I can't remember.) It never sold, and remains owned by the same LLC, presumably as a rental.
