Another small foursquare, intact and identical to 710 and 714 Shepherd St. except for porch details of turned posts and scallopped cutwork spandrels with drop pendants and scallopped molding in between.

W. E. Whitaker, cashier with American Railway Express, lived here in the late 1910s and early 1920s.
