From the 2003 National Register listing:
One-story pyramidal cottage with boxed eaves, 2 interior chimneys, a front cross-gable, and German siding. The ornate sawnwork ventilator in the front gable is original. The hipped porch is also original, but has Craftsman posts and a simple railing that are probably replacements. L. G. Whitaker, occupant in 1925. James W. Brooks, barber at Superba Barber Shop, was owner-occupant in 1940-1946.
