This one-story, side-gabled bungalow is three-bays wide and double pile, with a shed-roofed addition at the right rear. The building retains its historic form, but no original exterior materials. The full-width, shed-roofed front porch is supported by replacement square posts with a replacement railing. The house is covered with vinyl siding and has one-over-one replacement windows. A gabled front dormer has been covered with vinyl siding, concealing any historic vents or windows and the foundation has been stuccoed. The earliest known residents of the house are Henry M. (steelworker) and Daisy W. Weiss in 1930.
