From the 2003 National Register listing:
Brick one-and-one-half-story side-gabled Tudor Cottage with a central chimney and a steeply pitched bellcast-gabled front wing. The wing features a recessed arched door, metal casement windows, and a corner porch with arched bays now infilled as a sunroom. In the peak of the front gable is a round-arched casement. Kennie U. Bryan, president of Howerton-Bryan Co. and vice president of Home Building & Loan Association, was the owner-occupant from 1940 to at least 1960.
