Seems like this was EPES Trucking Company back in the 1970's. I always liked this building.

Yes is was Epes Transport I work there from 1970 until 1983

Yes, it was Epes...I remember when they chopped down those big trees in the front of the building in the early '70's and it was never the same. The vegetation balanced the industrial look, and it became a hard, hot, roadside building...still cool though.
